COOLTAN offers men’s and women’s swimsuits, shorts, shirts and accessories made from Microsol and MicrosolV fabrics. These special fabrics allow UV radiation to pass through, and at the same time wick moisture away from your body. Clothing made from Microsol fabrics are cool and allow you to tan through the garments, providing UV protection similar to SPF 6-10. If you want an even, lineless, all-over tan, wear COOLTAN garments and use an SPF 6-10 sunscreen on exposed skin.

COOLTAN garments come in flattering styles and beautiful prints and colors. They are the only machine washable tan-through garments available and can be partially dried in a dryer. They dry quickly when hung up damp or wet.

If you are looking for tan-through swimwear, this is the place to go. Perfect for vacations, all their products pack well, can be either machine or hand washed, and look great when simply hung to dry.

The Product Trends rating: COOLTAN offers an attractive line of tan-through clothing at very reasonable prices. They do not have products for large or tall people; their women’s sizes only run to 15-16, and women’s tall only goes to 5’8”. Men’s XXL is for a 38-39” waist. Other companies do offer tan-through clothing in larger sizes. It’s also important to note that the American Cancer Society recommends everyone use an SPF 15 or higher sunscreen.
